Job Description:
SnappyCX is seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to support a homeopathic weight-loss program based in Canada. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in health, fitness and wellness. You’ll be at the forefront of generating leads, booking appointments, and optimizing outreach through platforms like Pressmaster.ai, Expandi, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting.
- Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn (using Expandi and Sales Navigator)
- Utilize Pressmaster.ai to send messages and emails.
- Customize messages for each target audience (weight-loss clients and wellness professional.
- Identify client profiles, screen and qualify leads for fit.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and responsiveness.
- Schedule calls directly into the client’s calendar.
- Confirm appointments, schedule appointments and reduce no-shows through timely follow-up.
- Keep an organized record of all leads, conversations, and scheduled calls.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads and prospecting, with specific experience in the Fitness, Health & Wellness, or Med Spa sectors.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales, lead generation, and prospecting, preferably in the Weight Loss/Fitness, Health & Wellness, or Med Spa sectors.
- Proficiency in sales CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
- Strong closing skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with potential clients remotely.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple prospects at once.
- Availability to work 10 hours per week, EDT time zone.
