The key responsibilities are to design, implement, and manage employee benefit programs that enhance workforce well-being, ensure market competitiveness, support long-term retention, and align with the company’s total rewards strategy. This role will drive the development of retirement plans, long service incentives, and flexi-benefit platforms while also managing vendor partnerships and benefits analytics.

What You'll Do

Strategic Program Design & Execution
  • Lead the design and rollout of employer-sponsored retirement plans (schemes) and long service incentive programs, ensuring legal and tax compliance.
  • Oversee implementation and administration of a flexi-benefits platform, coordinating with platform vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Launch a Total rewards based eNPS system in coordination with HR Digitalization and Learning and Development teams
Vendor Management & Renewal Analysis
  • Manage annual renewal processes for Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Group Life Insurance (GLI), and other benefit providers.
  • Lead performance reviews and cost-benefit analysis of third-party administrators (TPAs) and insurance brokers.
Analytics and Insights
  • Maintain benefits dashboards, utilization reports, and ROI analyses on key programs.
  • Generate insights to inform policy improvements, support decision-making, and strengthen employee engagement.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure programs align with statutory obligations (e.g., RA 7641 in PH), internal policies, and regional labor standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams on the accounting and funding treatment of retirement and long service plans.

What You Need to Have:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards.
  • Proven track record in retirement plan design, actuarial/vendor interface, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Philippines labor regulations, taxation of benefits, and regional benefits benchmarking.
  • Strong skills in Excel, data visualization, and benefits modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
