Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in Oracle is preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to contract inquiries and process contract setup and modifications accurately and on time
  • Handle interactions with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and customers via phone, email, and Teams chat
  • Identify contract requirements to meet sales and customer expectations
  • Process contract shipping orders, renewals, and modifications
  • Update customer information related to contracts as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex contract or customer issues
  • Track contract order status and provide updates to customers and sales representatives
