- 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in Oracle is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to achieve near zero errors in final work

- Process contract shipping orders, renewals, and modifications
- Update customer information related to contracts as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex contract or customer issues
- Track contract order status and provide updates to customers and sales representatives
