About the Role
ASYA Design Group is seeking a highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Executive Search to independently manage end-to-end recruitment for executive, managerial, professional, technical, and staff-level positions.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate has strong executive search expertise, preferably from an executive search firm or consultancy, and is highly proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other professional sourcing platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Lead executive search and headhunting assignments for leadership and critical positions.
- Handle recruitment for executive, managerial, professional, technical, and staff-level roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, employee referrals, social media, and other professional sourcing platforms.
- Apply Boolean search, talent mapping, market mapping, market research, and networking techniques to identify and engage high-caliber and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, salary benchmarking, and reference checks.
- Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver quality hires within agreed timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor talent acquisition metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including executive search and headhunting.
- Experience with an executive search firm or executive search consultancy is preferred.
- Experience recruiting within the real estate, property development, property management, architecture, engineering, or construction industry is preferred.
- Proven success in hiring executive, managerial, professional, technical, and staff-level positions.
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other professional sourcing platforms.
- Strong expertise in executive sourcing, LinkedIn headhunting, Boolean search, talent mapping, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead executive search and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Recruit high-caliber talent across leadership, technical, and corporate functions.
- Work directly with senior executives and hiring leaders.
