Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and job fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification as required.
  • Prepare and facilitate job offers while negotiating salary expectations within approved budgets.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 0–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience handling technical, non-technical, volume, or corporate hiring is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
