Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately
- Review prescriptions for legality, completeness, and drug interactions
- Provide patient counseling on proper medication use, dosage, and side effects
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and pharmacy laws
- Maintain proper storage and handling of medicines
- Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and stock availability
- Coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory and sales performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area
- Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with valid PRC license
- With or without experience
- Knowledgeable in drug dispensing and pharmacy operations
- Customer service-oriented
- Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Willing to be assigned in different locations within Tarlac
