Executive Assistant to Founder (Tech Recruitment Agency)

Full-time Permanent role

Our client is a founder-led specialist tech recruitment business in Australia. They are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to support their Founder and Director.

This is a high-trust role for someone who brings structure, speed, and strong follow-through. You will be the engine behind the day-to-day: scheduling, inbox support, coordination with clients and candidates, and keeping priorities moving.

What we’re looking for

Must-have
  • Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent written English and confident stakeholder communication
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working autonomously and handling confidential information
  • Strong internet connection and professional work-from-home setup
Ideal / highly preferred
  • Experience supporting agency recruitment leaders (or recruitment/sales leaders in a similar pace)
  • Familiarity with recruitment workflows (interview scheduling, candidate comms, client coordination)
  • Experience working AEST hours / supporting Australian businesses

Salary and perks

Salary: AUD 27,000 per annum (AUD 2,250 per month)
13th month pay: one additional month’s salary paid at the end of November
Public holidays: paid (approximately 15 days, including key national and customary local holidays)
Leave: 5 days’ sick leave after 1 year of service; 15 days’ annual leave after 1 year of service
Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00am–5:30pm AEST), full-time (flexibility available)
Health cover: employer contribution of approximately AUD 600 every 6 months
