Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support to the Operational Accounting Team by assisting in ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and reports, and that policies and procedures are being implemented to improve and scale the accounting function, and safeguard the assets.
- Analyzes financial information, and reports issues in a timely manner
- Assists in ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and government regulatory bodies regulations.
- Accurately performs reconciliations of accounts, with supporting documentation
- Contributes in the process improvements and documentation
- Provides support to the Senior Accountant in resolving issues and preparing the month-end and year-end reports
- Performs other duties and responsibilities analogous, related to and/or from implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities or as assigned by an immediate superior, as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance or Accounting Management
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel
