JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strong understanding of how automation frameworks are designed, implemented, and maintained.
- Ability to implement new processes, functions, and procedures to continuously improve software quality assurance standards.
- Knowledge of both mobile and web test automation.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation test scripts.
- Ability to mentor, train, and share knowledge with junior automation testers.
- Proficiency in Java or Python for automation development.
- Ability to analyze defect trends and identify test coverage gaps within specific feature areas.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to enable early defect detection and improve overall software quality.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts using a programming language.
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, and utilizing automated testing tools.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and automation development using Java or Python.
