Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

In a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.

• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing weekly work schedules for maximum efficiency
• Ensuring the safe use of all Production machine equipment and advising the assigned personnel for regular maintenance
• Identify issues in Productivity and suggest improvement to your Immediate Head
• Responsible for informing all team members on daily/weekly/monthly target
• Monitor and prioritize Production workflow to meet targets/deadlines
• Submission and creation of weekly reports on both Performance and Progress
• Supervise the entire operation with an aim of high performance
• Ensuring Compliance with Professional Standards such as Health & Safety, as well as the Customer requirements
• Guarantee that all supplies are on hand to meet all Production needs
• Coordination with existing departments
• Keeping a Healthy working environment among staff members
• Advising Management on potential equipment or facility concerns/failures that may directly affect
• Quality, Productivity, and Safety
• And other related tasks that the management may require
• Applies 5S
• Graduate of 4 Year Course: Food Technology/Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree in any field or with equivalent work experience in a food manufacturing facility as a Production Officer or Supervisor.
• 2-5 years of experience as Production Supervisor
• Experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is a plus!
• With knowledge in handling Food Manufacturing Machines (eg: Encapsuling, Filling, Bottling etc).
• Excellent knowledge of ISO and FDA will be essential

• Deep knowledge of Production Management.
• Proven experience in training employees in Productivity and Safety.
• Excellent communication skills, safety conscious, detail-oriented, and has a leadership and coaching mentality.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications, with an ability to adapt to and utilize the latest technology.
• Familiarity with production planning processes, warehouse and plant operations, safety regulations, proper documentation, filing, etc. is preferred for this position.
• Knowledgeable of the 5S and Lean Six Sigma
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to work in Maybunga, Pasig City
