• Responsible for executing precise and methodical bookkeeping practices, which include recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls related to bookkeeping practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide bookkeeping support and guidance.
• Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex bookkeeping challenges.
• Create and/or generate reports as required by the client to help in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Responds to customer's inquiry about their outstanding dues, discrepancy on their accounts and request via email/text/phone call or through the system..

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Must be familiar with QuickBooks
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently
• Must be able to multi-task and learn quickly
• Must have keen attention to details
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Experience is a plus but not required
