Junior Accounting Analyst
Role Overview
The Junior Accounting Analyst supports day-to-day accounting operations related to revenue processing and monitoring. This role is responsible for preparing customer invoices, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, monitoring aging balances, issuing Statements of Account, and assisting in monitoring pricing, revenue, and collection reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Monitor aging balances and issue Statements of Account (SOA).
- Assist in monitoring pricing, revenue, and collection reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related Business course.
- 2–3 years of meaningful relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Government exams/PRC license not required.
- Can work under pressure, flexible in terms of work hours, and a team player.
