- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- With relevant experience or exposure as a Production Engineer
- Knowledgeable in time and motion study and data analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Analyze processes and implement improvement initiatives
- Prepare and update production documents, check sheets, and operating standards (OPS)
- Support new model evaluation, feasibility studies, and process costing
- Monitor and maintain compliance with QMS, EMS, and document control requirements
