To lead the Design, Deployment, and Management of Advanced Software/Application/Query across taping production.
To drive Strategic Continuous improvement initiatives through advanced data-driven insights.
Responsible for designing, delivering, and managing Advanced Technical Training programs that strategically enhance Employee competencies.
Lead onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Oversee documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Training modules/records for Taping PE, while collaborating with subject matter experts.
