Xymbolic IT Solutions Provider Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Purchasing Supervisor to join our team in Olongapo City, Zambales. What you'll be doing- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by forecasting demand, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Analyse purchasing data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making
- Provide training and guidance to procurement team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proficient in inventory management, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
