About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Clerk/Secretary to join our dynamic team at DOTSPORTS MARKETING' in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage and maintain office calendars, schedules, and appointments
  2. Prepare and process various administrative documents, including reports, correspondence, and presentations
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and other involved parties
  4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner
  5. Assist with the organisation and maintenance of office files and records
  6. Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and ordering supplies
  7. Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
  1. Proven experience as an Office Clerk, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial position
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word & Excel) and office equipment
  6. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required
  7. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  8. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
