Job description
Office staff are responsible for supporting daily office operations through administrative, clerical, and customer service tasks, sales report to ensure smooth and efficient workplace functioning.
Administrative Support: Assisting supervisors with assigned duties, managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office records sales, materials, purchased order, request order
Clerical Duties: Typing, word processing, data entry, bookkeeping, and operating office equipment.
Customer Service: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries via call text email etc., and providing assistance in line with company policies.
Office Coordination: Managing communication from branch concern to main office, sending completion report, and tracking sales quota
