Role Description
The Compliance Assistant – Permits and Licenses is responsible for assisting in the application, renewal, and monitoring of all Local Government Unit (LGU) permits and licenses required for the company’s operations. This includes coordination and timely submission of documents to ensure uninterrupted business activities and compliance with local regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and process applications for new LGU permits and licenses including but not limited to:
- Business Permit
- Sanitary Permit
- Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
- Occupancy Permit
- Barangay Clearance
- Environmental Clearance
- Tourism Accreditation
- Sign Board Permit
- Annual Inspection Permit
- Locational Clearance for Business
- Mechanical Certificate
- Electrical Certificate
- Electronic Certificate
- Engineering Clearance
Assist in the timely renewal of the above permits.
Coordinate with various LGUs, departments, and agencies for permit processing.
Monitor expiration dates and maintain a calendar of renewal schedules.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all permits and related documentation.
Support in audits or inspections by ensuring all permits and licenses are up-to-date and available.
Perform other administrative tasks related to permits and licenses as may be assigned.
Qualifications- A holder of Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management or Political Science
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and coordinate with various government offices when necessary.
