Finance Associate (Fresh Graduate)

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant / Graduate of BS Accountancy
• FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work Circuit, Makati.
• Knowledge in SAP system is a plus

We are currently hiring for three departments - Financial and Tax Reporting, Leasing Supports and Payables.

• Bank Reconciliation
• Revenue Recognition
• Parking and Posting of JV entries
• Performs other related tasks as may be required by superior from time to time.
• CWT Collections
• Preparation of Tax Returns

Leasing Supports - Billings Team

• Preparation and posting of pre-billing reports
• Perform Statement of Accounts generation for Malls, Offices & other amenity retails tenants
• Data generation from SAP
• Checking and posting recurring fixed and variable charges
• Checking, posting, and sales settlement of monthly sales of merchants
• Perform QA for all transactions included in the generated SOA
• Ensure SOA generation guidelines are always applied

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording of accounts payable data;
• Review invoices by performing a three-way match on Accounts Payable invoices and appropriate documentation before posting in the Accounting software and other programs;
• Perform Receiving Reports and invoices for PO-Based Transactions and general-ledger data entry;
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; and recording entries;
• Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes;
• Respond to Accounts Payable-related inquiries in a timely, diplomatic, and professional manner;
• Provide support and training to fellow Accounts Payable Processors and Specialist;
• Assist in ad-hoc Accounts Payable functions and tasks as requested;
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
