Learning & Development Specialist - Quezon City

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify training priorities.
• Design and develop learning materials and resources.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Utilize various instructional methods and approaches.
• Deliver training programs using different methods.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions.
• Develop evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness.
• Monitor training metrics and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate training logistics and maintain records.
• Support specialized training programs.
• Support the Organizational Development activities.

• BA/BS degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management or Equivalent Course.
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in a Specialist/Officer Role.
• At least 3 years’ experience in facilitating soft skills training (conflict management, leadership, etc).
• Related experience in Instructional Design, Module Development and Training Delivery.
• At least 2 years exposure in Organizational development Initiatives.
• Mastery in Instructional design, Module Development and Training Delivery
• Experience in Operations or Manufacturing set up or organization is an advantage.
• Accurate, well-organized yet adaptable.
• Excellent English Language skills; Communication skills, People skills & Facilitation skills
• Mastery in presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent Analytical Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team.
• Knowledge of instructional design principle and adult learning concept is necessary.
• Flexible to travel
• With Data Analytics skills, Performance Management, Learning Management Systems and Project Management.
• Willing to work on Full Time basis in BGC, Taguig.
