What you will do:

• Conducts client consultation, interviews, FGDs, document analysis, research, coordination meetings to determine client needs
• Designs and implements organizational effectiveness interventions.
• Develops learning objectives that are aligned with competencies of assigned client/groups
• Conducts various learning interventions such as classroom training, online learning, coaching and mentoring, etc.
• Creates/Revise/updates training modules and manuals as necessary.
• Designs evaluation and assessment forms/system to measure achievement of learning objectives

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in the F&B Industry
• 1 year experience as OD Specialist/ Training Officer
• Has the ability to conceptualize, create, execute and evaluate programs, courses and instructional materials
