This is a Philippines based, 100% remote, work-from-home (WFH) CONTRACTOR opportunity. While we are advertising this role in Metro Manila, you could be based elsewhere in the Philippines, provided you have a fast, reliable DSL/Fiber internet connection.
Hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, starting at 10am New Zealand time (starting 5am or 6am Philippines time). This is a 6 month contract initially, with the potential to extend.
We are currently looking a Quality Control Technician to provide support to the Quality Assurance Team of Cirtex Industries and other associated entities, through performing a broad range of administration tasks associated with Quality Control.
Your key responsibilities will include; inbound quality control support, in-process quality data management, release and dispatch control support, and documentation preparation and customer communication.
To be considered for this role, we require:
- Experience in a quality control, data processing, or manufacturing support role (preferred)
- Experience in civil infrastructure or a related industry (advantageous)
- A desire to develop proficiency of understanding with the Cirtex NetSuite system
- Strong data processing and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and inspection records
- Experience with Microsoft Office with strong Excel / Google Sheets, Docs and Drive knowledge
- Experience contracting to an offshore company
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Fluent English language communications (written and verbal)
- A professional office work space with a modern computer, high speed DSL/Fiber internet, and facilities for regular Zoom meetings
