Line QC Specialist (Quality Control)

Conducts dally inspection, sampling and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process materials and finished products
- Check and verify compliance to approved product specification.
- Files COA, COl and LOGs.
- Reports results of testing and delivery non conformities to immediate superior for approval of disposition
- Encode delivery details in database
- Store, Monitor and dispose retain samples
- Production line clearance, in line monitoring and post production
- Assist QA analyst in performing laboratory test
- Monitor and Records Critical Control Points, Quality Control Point and SPC.
- Ensures all details on QC forms are accomplished according to set frequency and standards.
- Prepares Finished Product hold and release for immediate supervisor approval
- Loading and unloading monitoring
