POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN HRBP (1 VACANCY)
JOB DESCRIPTION- Work closely with senior leadership and business unit managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Advice and support business leaders on organizational changes, performance improvement, and talent development.
- Provide insight and analysis into employee engagement, retention, and culture, particularly within Mandarin-speaking teams.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly within Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Support talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, focusing on hiring top talent within Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Design and implement training and development programs to build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Manage performance reviews and employee development processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATION- Proven experience in HR management, particularly in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Experience in working with Mandarin-speaking teams or in Mandarin-speaking regions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership and business unit managers to develop and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultural and language barriers
