• Applicant Must be equipped with laptop/PC 5th Gen/8g Ram, has his/her own headset with mic, not a mobile headset and webcam (once employed entitled for telecommute reimbursement 1450 for 30days)

Prequal Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prequalify new customers (non-returning)
• Set up Test Drives appointments and route the customers to the dealership
• Follow up on customers who showed up at the dealership to make sure applications will be submitted to Westlake and not to other banks
• Follow up on previously contacted customers left with voicemails, have open prequalification and has a pending application with Westlake
• Review pending applications sent by dealerships
• Utilize Velocify to get leads to dial, add customer details and add complete documentation of what transpired on the call
• Do Outbound and Inbound calls, join Livevox sessions where automatic inbound calls are received, exchange SMS with customers and send emails to customers if necessary
• Communicate with assigned Sales rep assigned to dealerships to push more sales
• Set up calendar events to make sure follow ups are fulfilled
• Structure applications in Buy Program
• Locate affiliated dealerships through the marketing app

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Good attention to detail
• Previous Call Center experience is an advantage
• Willing to work at night and on shifting/weekend schedules
