Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Admin Assistant
  • Updating CRM records of leads.
  • Respond to online inquiries and report to marketing in-charge/ Principal Interior Designer
  • Proper filing (physical and digital copies) of legal documents.
  • Ensuring that the office is clean and well maintained, and that office needs and pantry supplies are in stock.
  • Assisting walk-in clients and tending to their queries.
  • Arranging monthly payments for suppliers.
  • Contribute to the office activities, initiatives and learning programs.
  • Assist the Principal Interior Designer for admin roles
  • Ensure that company files are stored securely, filed properly (physical and digital files)
