Account Receivable Assistant - Open for Fresh Graduate (Capitol Common Pasig)

Educational Background

Usually required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Some companies accept fresh graduates
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
• Process seller allowances in accordance with company guidelines.
• Post and validate RCP (Receiving Collection Reports).
• Handle processing of liquidation and reimbursement requests with complete supporting documents.
• Monitor and follow up past due accounts to ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding AR concerns (client-facing role).
• Maintain accurate AR records and ensure all transactions are updated in the system.
• Prepare AR-related reports as needed.
• Support the finance team in other tasks that may be assigned.
