Job description:
A Licensed Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, and providing professional pharmaceutical care to customers and healthcare professionals. The role includes reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, monitoring inventory and stock quality, coordinating replenishment and returns, and maintaining proper documentation of regulated medicines.The pharmacist also supports sales and business operations by implementing pharmacy selling strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Additionally, the position involves supervising pharmacy personnel, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, and handling mandated benefit reconciliations such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
