Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Oversee account management including negotiations and agreements to maximise agency profit
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
- Project management proficiency
- Update the progress of monthly initiatives to internal team
- Forecast and track key account metrics (Sales and Annual Forecasts)
- Work with the creatives team in ensuring that all project mandatories, brand guidelines and requirements are followed
- Provide the team with relevant information needed for the project
- Familiarity with ASC , DTI, FDA application processes and government regulations needed for advertisements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Apple Pages, Numbers and Keynote

- Understanding client's business, goals, and strategies
- Core tasks will be to manage client communications and project executions daily
- Able to present proposals, briefs, reports and timelines for the team
- Strategical thinking for all projects that will be handled
- Team Player: Coordinate and collaborate smoothly and effectively with different departments
- Should be able to give more opportunities to grow the client account
- Strong communication skills: Clear and confident in client interactions and internal briefings
- Organized & detail-oriented: Manages multiple campaigns, able to multitask
