- I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares accurate and complete Billing Documents and other documents and ensures that the same are checked-in and they are translated to Invoices.
- Facilitate the seamless implementation of payables processes by ensuring that the following are performed within applicable company standards:
- Payment Requests accepted for processing are properly substantiated, authentic, verifiable and are acceptable
- Payment vouchers (Bill Receipt and Check Vouchers) are prepared coupled with the necessary financial intrument/s
- Ensuring that funding is available when these financial instruments are approved to fulfill payment
- Fullfilling payment within prescribed timeframes to avoid penalties and delinquencies
- Ensuring that all documentary requirements related to those above are made available
- Creation of Journal Entries using G/L Accounts while conforming with associate procedures and methods
- Facilitate the seamless pay-out of Payroll by performing the following activities in accordance with associated policies and procedures:
- Computing Payroll based on the Timekeeping Reports
- Creation of Payroll Registry, Payment Request, Bill Receipt and Check Voucher
- Encoding net pay on Bank's Payroll Facility to enable payment
- Ensures the timely computation and/or payment of Government Remittances which includes but not limited to:
- Social Security System (SSS)
- Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC)
- Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) also known as Pag-IBIG Fund
- Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
- Other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- And/or at least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in the pipe manufacturing industry is preferable.
- Knowledge of ERPs
- Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player and can work with minimal to no supervision
