We're looking for a Mandarin Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team!
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of Accounts Payable, P2P, or General Accounting experience
- Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a night shift
What You'll Do:
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Perform 3-way matching of PO, goods receipt, and invoices
- Execute payment runs and reconcile vendor statements
- Support month-end close activities
- Communicate with Japan-based vendors and resolve payment inquiries in Mandarin
