Customer Service Agents - Social Media Account
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Social Media Account team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions'. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various social media platforms.
What you'll be doingProviding prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Monitoring and engaging with customers on social media to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
Maintaining a positive brand image and upholding the company's values through all customer interactions
Assisting with content creation and management for the company's social media channels
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking forAt least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call centre environment, preferably in a social media or digital marketing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in using social media platforms and monitoring tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
