About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call center agent ( Virtual Process ) to join our dynamic team in Danao City, Cebu. As a Call center agent ( Virtual Process ), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through a range of communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

This is a full-time role within our customer service department, providing you with the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing
  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  2. Utilising various communication channels, such as phone, chat, and email, to provide personalised support to customers
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, while ensuring a positive customer experience
  5. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service processes
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve customer issues
  2. Excellent customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to help and delight customers
  3. Proficiency in computer and software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  5. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
