About the role
AUXILIA INC' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call center agent ( Virtual Process ) to join our dynamic team in Danao City, Cebu. As a Call center agent ( Virtual Process ), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through a range of communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.This is a full-time role within our customer service department, providing you with the opportunity to build a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Utilising various communication channels, such as phone, chat, and email, to provide personalised support to customers
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service processes
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve customer issues
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to help and delight customers
- Proficiency in computer and software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
