Posted on 23 June 2026- Perform routine facility building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing and carpentry as well as ventilation system
- Keep inventory of maintenance, cleaning supplies and reports to be submitted
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems concerning machines and equipments
- Participated in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Responsible on cleaning the machinery and equipment
- Provides immediate assistance to all job order requests
- College graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or the same field
- With at least 2 years of work experience as Maintenance Personnel
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge in electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and ventilation system
