The ideal candidate has dispatch or logistics coordination under their belt, holds steady under pressure, and does their best work in a fast-moving environment where accuracy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management platform
• Route delivery tasks to drivers and follow progress across each shift
• Reach out to drivers to confirm deliveries have been completed
• Screen incoming orders for duplicates and resolve double-order issues
• Bridge communication among the call center, drivers, and customers
• Spot and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues as they surface
• Keep accurate, current records of order and delivery status
• Maintain clear, responsive communication with all parties throughout the shift

Mandatory Skills:

• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery coordination
• Comfortable working a fixed overnight/early-morning shift schedule
• Calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving instincts
• Comfortable using delivery management software and VoIP/phone systems (e.g., Dialpad)
• Proficient with messaging tools such as WhatsApp for real-time coordination
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• Experience coordinating a team of field drivers or couriers
• Background in last-mile delivery, courier, or transportation operations
• Ability to keep multiple moving parts on track at once without losing the thread
• Experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive operations environment
• Quick to learn new software and adapt to shifting workflows
