Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will take charge of our end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely movement of goods worldwide. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of import/export logistics—from scheduling to customs compliance.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, Letters of Credit).
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Monitor, track, and update stakeholders on shipments.
• Resolve shipping issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and databases.
• Assist with financial matters related to shipments (SOA, collection monitoring, etc.).
• Stay updated on international trade regulations and recommend process improvements.
• Support other business functions and projects as needed.

• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally at all times.
• Check and respond to emails and Microsoft Teams promptly.
• Uphold company standards of confidentiality, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Report to work on time, in proper uniform, ready to collaborate.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Licensed customs broker is advantage
• Background in customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes independently.
• Proficient in computer applications and logistics systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Customs Administration.
