INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge and experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Control, and Process Improvement.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and develop effective plans to improve operational efficiency.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Develop and monitor production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, material requirements, and stock accuracy.
• Analyze production processes and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct capacity planning, workflow analysis, and productivity studies.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to production performance, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and update standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team.
