INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE) STAFF
Job Summary:
Responsible for improving production efficiency, analyzing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing manpower, materials, and methods to achieve productivity and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve productivity
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
- Prepare and update standard work instructions and process flows
- Monitor line efficiency, output, and manpower utilization
- Support production in balancing workloads and line design
- Identify waste and implement cost reduction initiatives
- Assist in capacity planning and production layout improvements
- Generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (or experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge in time study, line balancing, and process improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis is a plus)
- Familiarity with Automotive or Manufacturing principles is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
