We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our team in a full-time role. The position is for a person to coordinate the advertisements with the real estate websites and social medias. You will get to view properties and prepare advertising.

It also involves design of brochures, boards etc. Applicants should have excellent computer and grammatical skills and be familiar with publishing programs.

About the role:

  • Upload listings and other content on digital media
  • Design of brochures and advertisements' boards
  • General administration tasks across the business.
  • Devise and update website content as required
  • Assisting the marketing campaigns and the sales process of projects
  • Diary & calendar management
  • Data entry
  • Ensuring the company maintains an up-to-date social media presence

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in CRM software Box Dice (Note: this is the essential equipment)
  • Must have experience as a Virtual Assistant to a western company (USA, Australia, UK, Etc)
  • Must be a ninja at English written communications
  • Good English on phone/meetings
  • Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, excellent copy writing skills, is able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Marketing/admin experience required
  • Hardworking, positive individual with a can-do attitude that genuinely loves helping others.
  • A team player who is switched-on, hungry and full of initiative
  • Experience in the digital, social media and brand communication
  • Immaculately presented and possess strong communication skills
  • Real Estate experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of office administration
