Marketing Communications Manager (FMCG)

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with business goals such as enhancing brand awareness, boosting sales, and fostering customer loyalty.
- Define and maintain consistent, persuasive core brand messages across all platforms.
- Select optimal communication channels, including digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Messenger, KOLs, communities) and traditional media (print, TV, radio, events), to maximize reach and impact.
- Lead the creation or supervision of diverse marketing materials such as press releases, blogs, social media content, video scripts, brochures, presentations, and advertisements that inform, engage, and resonate with audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency by managing brand assets, including logos, taglines, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
- Develop and oversee a structured content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication.
- Strategize and manage digital communications including email marketing and online advertising campaigns.
- Handle social media accounts, producing engaging content, fostering follower interaction, and monitoring brand sentiment.
- Plan and execute targeted digital advertising to elevate brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Identify, vet, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and target demographics, while verifying authenticity and engagement.
- Build and nurture active online and offline brand communities, leveraging KOL influence and user-generated content to strengthen engagement.
- Organize and manage promotional events such as product launches, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and community gatherings.
- Partner with sales teams to create and implement promotional campaigns, including discounts, contests, and other sales-driving activities.
- Analyzethe effectiveness of marketing communication efforts using metrics like reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
- Prepare detailed reports for management, providing insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing communication strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media channels, including social media and KOL management.
- Skilled in content creation and brand asset management.
- Analytical with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
