About the Role

You’ll work at the intersection of data science, NLP, and product innovation to optimize AI outputs and enhance user experiences.

• Design, test, and refine prompts for LLMs to achieve specific outcomes across various use cases.
• Analyze model responses to identify patterns, biases, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to integrate prompt strategies into AI-driven features.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and model performance.
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, prompt tuning, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Contribute to internal libraries and documentation for reusable prompt templates and best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts, transformer models, and generative AI.
• Experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) or open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral).
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, spaCy).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation metrics and human-in-the-loop testing.

• Experience in prompt tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or fine-tuning LLMs.
• Background in UX writing, computational linguistics, or conversational AI.
• Knowledge of English language and cultural nuances for localization tasks.
• Prior work with multilingual models or regional deployment of AI systems.
