ROJO Workforce is looking for a skilled and dedicated Spanish Bilingual CSR to join our team in providing exceptional support to one of our valued clients.

The Spanish Bilingual CSR must thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve complex and non -traditional challenges while maintaining compliance with company policies. You will act as a bridge between patients and providers by managing Transitions of Care (TCM), conducting referral follow-ups, and leading gaps-in-care outreach to ensure our patients receive seamless, continuous, and high-quality healthcare.

Job Description:

  • Make phone calls to other department and answer incoming phone calls promptly in a polite and professional way
  • Gather and input accurate demographic information into electronic health records (address, contact information, insurance provider or self-pay status)
  • Manage schedule of appointment for patients. This includes reviewing of appointment date, time, location and insurance provider with the caller
  • Advise the caller of the items to bring on their appointment. (insurance card, medications, office visit cost and verification of income, if applicable)
  • Remind the patient to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork. As well as the cancellation and no-show policy
  • Respond to inquiries and provide additional information as needed to deliver a patient-centered service and promote a positive impression of the organization
  • Monitor discharge logs and proactively contact patients within 24 to 48 hours of their release from an inpatient facility (hospital, rehab, or skilled nursing).

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish language. Must be able to carry and comprehend Spanish conversation without difficulties. (Spanish language proficiency will be assessed by a Native Spanish Speaker)
  • Healthcare experience in an BPO setting.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth) and MS Office Suite/Outlook.
  • Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Proven ability to balance tasks, and focused work ethic to complete outbound phone calls and data tracking.
  • You must have a work rights in the Philippines. We do not offer sponsorship as of this moment.

Candidates must be residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces (Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal)
