IT Manager/Yardi Developer (Work from home)

You will work with a property management firm - in the IT department. They are a leading property management firm with thousands of units under management.

You will be working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time, USA, Mondays to Fridays. Philippine time, it is 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Mondays to Fridays.

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Yardi Developer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of our client's Yardi software platform. In addition to that, you will be the go to IT contact.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or Yardi Developer
2. Demonstrated expertise in Yardi software development, configuration and administration
3. Strong technical skills in programming languages, database management and web development
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Fluent in English
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

1. Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of the Yardi software platform
2. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
3. Design, develop and maintain custom Yardi software solutions to meet organisational needs
4. Provide technical support and training to end-users
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance
6. Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Yardi software updates and industry trends
8. Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
