Role: Sales & Contract Administrator
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Any CS Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/ Davao

Schedule: Mid Shift

CS Everywhere is a permanent Work from Home with unlimited access to Cloudstaff offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, back-up internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Use the office when there is a power issue. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates.

Work Schedule:
  1. hour shifts, Thursday to Monday

Evening and weekend availability required; open to flexibility on timings.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Contract Administrator to support our sales process from contract issuance through to unconditional stage. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts: issue, process, verify details, and distribute to relevant stakeholders
  • Support the sales process by tracking deposits and receiving payments
  • Input contract data accurately into Salesforce
  • Update Salesforce with invoice records
  • Maintain up-to-date sales reports with status updates
  • Perform general administrative support and ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualification and requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles (property industry preferred but not essential)
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook desirable
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Pride in producing high-quality, accurate work
  • Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment

  • Availability to work Thursday to Monday, including evenings and weekends/split days off
