Job Summary:
Checking in and out of the hotel guests. Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions and maintains a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of any four (4) year course (preferable in Hotel & Restaurant Management) or any related field
- With at least 1 year working experience in hotel industry
- Computer literate (Word & Excel)
- A fast learner, hardworking, flexible, resourceful and keen with details
- Can work well even under pressure and with less supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Willing to work on shifts
