- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages, routing them appropriately.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with office correspondence.
- Coordinate deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with document filing, scanning, and data entry tasks as needed.
- Support onboarding procedures for new employees and visitors, including ID badges, workstation set-up, etc.
- Monitor visitor logs and maintain security protocols at the front desk.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and facilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
