Reception & Guest Services
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages, routing them appropriately.
Administrative Support
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with office correspondence.
  • Coordinate deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with document filing, scanning, and data entry tasks as needed.
Operational Support
  • Support onboarding procedures for new employees and visitors, including ID badges, workstation set-up, etc.
  • Monitor visitor logs and maintain security protocols at the front desk.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and facilities to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
