Location: Metro Manila (Relocation to Davao is required– Company Covered)
Management (Sales) | Full-time ₱100,000 – ₱150,000 per month + Bonuses
Relocation Package: We cover airfare and hotel accommodation during the transition!
Compensation & Benefits:
- ₱100k – ₱150k base salary
- ₱10k – ₱30k monthly performance bonus
- ₱100k PHP sign-on bonus (T&C apply)

We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Sales Directors to spearhead our 100-person outbound lead generation team serving top US insurance carriers. This executive role reports directly to ownership, offering you the power to drive real performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership:
- Oversee Project Managers, QA, Team Leads, and Assistant Team Leads.
- Performance Management: Set targets, track KPIs, and ensure top-tier lead quality.
- Strategic Execution: Develop outbound sales strategies to exceed business goals.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze sales performance for continuous growth.
- Qualifications: Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in insurance lead generation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
