Training Senior Manager

The Training Senior Manager is accountable for the design, planning, and execution of learning and development programs that support overall business goals within the assigned business unit or geographic area.

This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and are delivered effectively across all levels.

• Oversee the execution of role-specific and leadership development programs
• Contribute to the creation and alignment of training strategies with business objectives
• Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives
• Guide, mentor, and develop team members while promoting professional growth

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate studies in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong background in instructional design, ideally using structured frameworks (e.g., needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation)
• Champions team performance, development, and engagement by coaching team members and delivering high-impact learning initiatives.
• Leverages AI-powered tools to create interactive, visually engaging learning materials and deliver effective digital training programs.
• Effectively partners with stakeholders to influence decisions and translate business needs into targeted learning solutions.
• Experience in operations or customer-facing environments is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in training, facilitation, or learning and development are a plus
