Automation/Manual Software Tester
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)- 5 years of experience in software testing
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Experience with test case design, execution, and defect reporting
Knowledge of testing methodologies
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira)
Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
Strong programming skills in any languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
Technical Skills:
Understanding of different testing types (functional, regression, integration, system, UAT)
Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, qTest)
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries
Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
API testing knowledge (Postman, REST/SOAP)
RestAssured, Postman/Newman, SoapUI
Framework development experience (TestNG, JUnit, pytest, Mocha)
Version control systems (Git)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Plus Points for Korean Language Skills:
Ability to read and understand Korean technical documentation, requirements, and specifications
Capability to write test cases, bug reports, and technical documentation in Korean
