Job Description

As a Software Tester, you will support Agile teams in delivering top-quality solutions by executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring smooth software releases. You'll work with integration teams, apply QA best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Software Tester or similar role
• Experience in QA methodology
• ISTQB Certified Tester would be an advantage
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of one or more test management software solutions (e.g., qTest, Zephyr, Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, Browser Stack)
• API testing experience
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Microsoft's CRM, Power Platform preferred
• Familiarity with UIPath and RPA testing

• Join a small Agile team with two developers and a product owner
• Support integration and development teams working on the Patient Administration System (Microsoft Dynamics Platform) and other automation projects
• Ensure high-quality software releases and adhere to the highest technical standards
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Define and implement testing processes
• Create test cases, test plans, and supporting documentation
• Execute test cases across system, integration, and regression levels (manual and automated), and analyze results
• Analyze user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Detect and document software defects and inconsistencies
• Report bugs and collaborate with development teams
• Support issue troubleshooting
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Apply a DevOps approach to software development, including test automation, release automation, and application monitoring
• Recommend and implement quality improvements
• Take on any additional tasks necessary to get the job done
